She works with smaller businesses, mid-market and large corporate clients in a wide variety of sectors, including financial services, retail, government and manufacturing in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
Julie is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She was a contributor to the 14th Edition of the Handbook of Canadian Pension and Benefit Plans and is sought after for speaking and writing engagements on topics relating to workplace health and productivity, specifically in the areas of absence & disability management best practices and workplace mental health.
She is a Canadian Mental Health Association Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor.
